I'm starting to bring out some Japanese treasures that have been in storage since the 1980's. This is a GIANT BANDAI poster-size WALL CALENDAR from 1986. It is really oversized, which you can't tell from the photos. Inside are 12 individual calendar pages with each month topped by a huge color ANIME illustration from a different TV show popular at the time. You can see several examples by the photos at right. I don't know the names of all the characters, but some include Ge Ge Ge Kitaro, Dr. Slump and Issun Boshi. All pages are present.

I'm starting to bring out some Japanese treasures that have been in storage since the 1980's. This is a GIANT BANDAI poster-size WALL CALENDAR from 1986. It is really oversized, which you can't tell from the photos. Inside are 12 individual calendar pages with each month topped by a huge color ANIME illustration from a different TV show popular at the time. You can see several examples by the photos at right. I don't know the names of all the characters, but some include Ge Ge Ge Kitaro, Dr. Slump and Issun Boshi. All pages are present. Calendar measures 14 1/4" x 20 1/2". Very good condition. Has been in storage, but no tears, holes, missing pages or creases. Has a built-in metal tab to hang the calendar on the wall OR you can cut out the pictures and have small posters for your wall.
