Description: Poster Stamp advertising the R.L.B. Special Watch, offered for sale at 5 Marks. Depicts a soldier looking at the watch, and the inscription reads: "The R.L.B. Special Watch offers excellent performance while on maneuvers". (Interestingly, the soldier has a skull and crossbones on the front of his shako). Leon Lico Amar traveled through the Balkans working as a portrait artist, and later studied in the Vienna School of Decorative Arts with Kolomon Moser and others. Later he worked primarily as a commercial graphic artist, doing a lot of advertisements.
