To count accurately please wear vertically
About 15cm or 6inches left (or right) from the centre of the waist.

Key Functions:

Mode:Change display mode in step count,miles, kilometers, or estimate calories used.
Change the settings mode to adjust Step length, body weight.
Operation:

     Display Mode:

Pressing Mode key will change the display mode forward.Normal mode - Miles-Kilometers-Calories-Normal Mode
      Normal mode:    The number of steps taken.
      Miles-Distance traveled in miles.

      Kilometers: Distance travelled in kilometers.

      Calories: Estimates the number of calories consumed.

   Setting mode:

        Pressing �Set� key will change the follwing display mode forward.
        Normal mode-step length-Body weight-Normal mode step length:

        Under the normal mode,press set key to after into step length, then the number will star to flash, then press MODE key once to increase step length by 5cm/2in (Range from 30cm to 200cm/10-80in)


Body weight:

     Under normal mode, press set key enter into body weight mode, press mode onetime to increase the number by 5kgs (30-120kgs/70-250 1b).

     At normal mode press SET key to clear the step counter to zero.
