    Ultrafino Quality Rating System?

    We use our exclusive Quality Ratings System (QRS) to guarantee the authentic of our Panama Hats Collection. These picture are to give you an idea of the different weaves available, for comparison purposes, but reminder every monitor will display these a little differently. Use it as a Guide. The style or shape of your hat makes no difference in your price that more finely woven hats cost more, better for sun protection (UPF 50+) and are last longer too, than less finely woven hats. Wide brim hats cost more than short brim hats.

    Note: All monitors display pixels differently so the images may vary from the hat you receive.

    How Measure Your Hat Size?

    To be sure your head properly fits the hat of your choosing, follow this simple measuring technique: Place a tape measure above the ears, and take it around the widest part of your head. Do not pull the tape tight. Measure hat in inches or centimeters - it makes the chart easier to use. If in between sizes, go to the larger size. Now check out the handy size chart to get your own personal hat size! Remember, different hat manufacturers� size standards can vary!     How to care my Panama Hats?

    Ultrafino Montecristi panama hat can be passed on to your son and grandson if you care for them properly. Here are some tips on making sure yours stays in great condition.

    • Only buy a panama hat with a sweatband, which helps keep your hat in place and prevents it from stretching out. It also prevents it from scratching your forehead.
    • Don't wear it in the rain; water can cause the straw to lose its shape.
    • Only handle the hat by its brim.
    • When resting your hat on a table, rest it on its crown (upside down), rather than its brim. As well, when hanging it up, make sure the peg rests on the sweatband, not the straw.
    • To clean it, simply use a soft bristled brush.
    • When you're not wearing it, store it in its box or in a dry, cool place.

    While following the proper maintenance steps of caring for your hat can help it last for generations to come, purchasing a high quality hat helps increase its longevity.     We strongly recommend using our check out for faster process. Our check out process is 100% secure. All of your personal information will be confidential and will not sell or reveal your information to any others.     How can I combine my orders?
    If you use our check out system all the items you have purchased will be in your shopping bag with combined S/H discounts. If you do not see all the items in your shopping bag, please send us an email.

    What type of payment methods do you accept?
    we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery.

    Will I be charged sales tax?
    We will only charge sales tax if the shipment is being sent to Washington Address. All the other states will not be charged tax.

    What if the item I am looking is not listed or out of stock?
    We receive our shipments frequently. Please check back with us in few days.
    Do you offer gift wrap service?
    We currently do not offer gift wrap service but will be implanted in a near future.

    How can I receive coupons?
    The only way to receive coupons is by registering with our site. We will email our promotion newsletter and coupons that you will be able to use on our website.

    When will you charge my credit card?
    Most of the credit card payments will be process immediately. If we have a problem validating your charges, we will send you an email as soon as possible.

    How do I get my tracking number?
    You should receive a tracking number via email after we have processed your order. If you didn�t receive our email, you can also locate your tracking number at �My Account� section.

    What if there is no tracking information with carrier?
    If your shipment is shipped out via USPS or UPS, they will not scan the package until they have reached the destination. Please allow a couple more days for the information and delivery status.

    Can I adjust/modify my order?
    As long as you have not sent us your payment, you can modify your order. If your order has been processed, we are sorry but it will be too late to modify.

    Can I cancel my order?
    Because we make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, Cancellations will only be accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. Please note that we can not guarantee that if you email us within 2 hours that we can cancel your order. call 1-425-778-6708

    Once your order is canceled we will send you a confirmation email.

    Please note that refused orders will be charged a 30% restock fee.

    Why did I receive payment reminder email?
    According to our records, we still have not received your payment. If you have made a payment, please send us an email along with your name, address, Item number and the method you have used to send us payment. Upon receipt of your email, we will verify your information and update our system right away.

    Free Shipping (U.S. continent ONLY): Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed on Ultrafinopanamahat.com (shipping costs apply on international orders), with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

    Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from Ultrafinopanamahat.com, you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days and 9 to 12 business days in International orders.

    How long will it be before I receive my order?
    For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-7 business days.
    Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

    Do you ship to address outside the United States?
    Yes, countries we shipped to: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Please note that USPS, FedEx or UPS will avoid brokerage fees. No expedited services are available for International Shipping.

    Sorry but we leave all of our packaging and shipping methods to our shipping company. Unless your order contains more 30 items, we will select the best method for you.

    Do you ship to a different address other than my billing address?
    Yes, we do ship to a different address other than your billing address.

    When will you ship my order?
    Most of our orders paid by 10:00 AM PST are processed with 24 to 48 hours. We are proud of our order processing time and we will continue to do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

    When can I expect to receive my order?
    The following shipping options are available when you check out. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Pacific on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

    • 2-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $35.99 per order
    • 3-5 Business Day Shipping and Handling: $14.98 per order

    What if I missed my delivery?
    Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and they will be able to arrange for re-delivery.

    Why did I only receive a partial order?
    Sales are subject to availability. In the rare event that we cannot provide you with the item that you have won or purchased, we will promptly refund your payment in full.

    Can I pick up my order?
    We are not a retail store, therefore no pickup is available. (no exceptions)

    Can you use my carrier�s account number to ship?
    Sorry but under no circumstances we will use your account number to ship. All shipment charges must be prepaid.

    Do you guarantee delivery by holiday?
    We can only guarantee that we will process your order promptly. Please check with the courier for holiday delivery deadline.

    Returns/Exchange Inquiries

    What is your return policy?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept exchange or return most merchandise for your purchase price*.

    1.- All Returns, exchanges, or refunds MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS SINCE YOUR PURCHASE DATE. No exceptions. All returns must be PRE- APPROVED BY US IN WRITING. All items approved for return MUST have an RA (Return Authorization) number.

    2.- In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be FREE of charge. Shipments must be sent from the United States and Canada. We do not accept international exchanges.

    3.- You may return any unopened/unused item in its original condition with the invoice, original tags, reason for return & original packaging, within 30 days of your purchase.

    4.- Unless otherwise noted on the actual listing, we will refund 100% of the purchase price*, however the Buyer shall be responsible for ALL Shipping and handling (to and from) and any Insurance costs -These cost are NOT refundable. If the order included Free Shipping the shipping and handling charges that we incurred will be deducted from your purchase price.

    5.- Items which are returned to us without our written approval or a RA number, will not be accepted, and returned to sender at sender's expense. Please note that there are no returns, exchanges or refunds on any promotional, marked down sales items, blowout, or closeout auctions / sales - these sales are final. Some listings may require a restocking fee on any returns - please read the listing carefully prior to bidding and/or buying. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns, refunds, or exchanges are subject to Ultrafinopanamahat.com approval.

    6.- We cannot accept returned items if they have been worn or if they are damaged. Make sure the box you are returning the item in is in good condition. If the box was damaged in shipping, use a new box. Pack the hat carefully. We are not responsible for item(s) damaged in shipping. If you choose not to pay insurance for shipping we are not responsible and will not accept a return, refund or exchange of damaged item(s).

    7.- CUSTOM SPECIAL ORDER HATS ARE NOT RETURNABLE: Museum and Collectors Montecristi Panama hats.

    What if my products are damaged?
    If you have purchased the insurance and the shipment you have received is damaged, please send us an email and we will file a claim with the insurance company.

    What if there is a shortage on my order?
    Please notify us via email to: customerservice@ultrafinopanamahat.com immediately with the order number.

    What if I received a wrong product?
    Please notify us via email immediately with the order number or Item number.


    What if I want to exchange my order?
